The lubrication system for the front oil film bearings of the 1450 finishing mill at Liugang has a total of 2 oil film bearing oil tanks, with 1 oil tank in use and 1 oil tank in standby, which is offline. At present, there are approximately 144 barrels of 460 # oil film bearing oil in the spare oil tank, with a value of approximately 329000 yuan. This oil tank has severe water ingress, with a water content of up to 24.3%. The oil has been extensively emulsified, and the particulate matter far exceeds the standard, which has seriously affected production.
After 25 days (8 hours per day) of purification, 144 barrels of 460 # oil were completely resolved, and after purification, the appearance of the oil was transparent, with a water content of less than 0.5% and a mechanical impurity content of less than 0.5%. Attached below is a drainage video
